We Charge £40 for glass delivery. Our glass products are custom-made to your specifications, requiring careful handling and production. Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 working days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that while we aim to meet this timeframe, it is an estimate and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to production or logistical factors.

We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any updates to your order status.

Glass Hardware and Components

For glass hardware and components, we offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this cut-off or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day. This ensures you receive these items as quickly as possible to complement your glass installation.

Inspection and Returns for Glass

Upon delivery, it is critical that you measure and check all glass products immediately. If the glass is incorrect or damaged, it must be reported to the delivery driver and returned on the same van. We cannot accept returns or process replacements for glass reported as incorrect or damaged after the delivery vehicle has left. This policy ensures prompt resolution and minimizes delays to your project. Please ensure someone is available to inspect the delivery, as we are unable to redeliver items free of charge if the initial delivery is missed.
