Delivery Policy
Shipping Policy for Glass Architect
- We can deliver within 5 working days and this is common, however we would recommend allowing 10 working days to receive your order as each order is customised meaning each order is a bespoke product and is not an off the shelf delivery item.
- This can be extended to 15 working days for our Toughened Laminate, especially the thicker 33 mm walk on glass.
- The logistics of transporting glass is a challenge to all manufacturers, and so we ask for patience in the process.
- Because Glass is vulnerable to scratches, this can sometimes cause a delay in delivery if picked up earlier in transportation at the factory, that is why we extend our lead times out to 10 working days to try and cover the small chance of these delays occurring.
- We DO NOT recommend that you book in builders or glass installers before receiving your glass and after checking it at the point of delivery.
- We WILL NOT be responsible for pecuniary losses for any tradesmen / Glass installers pay as a result of delays to the glass delivery, as we strongly advise you to only book them in once you have taken receipt of the glass.
- We aim for these timelines, however they are not guaranteed, as we work through courier companies which we cannot always be responsible for.
- We will always be accessible and do our best to give you accurate, up-to-date information pertaining to your delivery.
- If in doubt, please order well in advance of any bookings.
- We do not offer international shipping.

Please check the glass for scratches or imperfections at the point of delivery, as once signed for we will assume that any scratches have been picked up at a later date.
- Please if possible use a tape measure at the delivery point to check that there are no serious manufacturing errors, we advise this as if there are it will speed up the process of getting a new panel made for you.
