Delivery Times

Standard Delivery

• 5–7 working days for most toughened‑glass orders

• Includes cutting, polishing, toughening and dispatch

• Applies to clear, low‑iron, tinted and patterned toughened glass

Large Toughened Laminate Panels

• 7–10 working days for panels over 2 m² or requiring complex cut‑outs

• Two‑man delivery arranged where required

Nationwide Coverage

We deliver across the UK mainland, including:

• Scotland (central belt only)

• England

• Wales

Delivery Costs

We keep delivery pricing simple and transparent:

• Standard delivery: £40

• Free Delivery for orders over £800

How We Package Your Glass

Every panel is packaged using industry‑standard protection to ensure safe arrival:

• Heavy‑duty foam edge protectors

• Full‑surface protective wrapping

• Reinforced corner guards

• Upright transport on A‑frames

• Secure strapping to prevent movement in transit

We treat every order as fragile and handle it accordingly.

If Your Glass Arrives Damaged

Although rare, damage can happen during transport. If it does:

1. Take clear photos of the damage and packaging

2. Email them to us within 24 hours

3. We will replace your glass free of charge

Delivery Restrictions

To ensure safe transport:

• Maximum panel size varies by courier

• Two‑man delivery may be required for heavy panels

• Some oversized panels may require dedicated transport

• We will contact you if your order needs special handling
