Returns Policy
All the glass we offer as a company is tailored to our customer's exact sizes, making each piece of glass suitable only for that customer. Toughened glass once cut cannot be re cut to be reused in any way and becomes useless once the glass is cut and sent out for toughening. The glass breaks into a thousand pieces of small glass, just like the side windows on your car. Because of this, we do not offer any returns on the glass.
We do however have a process of emailing each customer a cutting plan, and this will not be sent out to the factory until the customer has checked very carefully and confirmed to us in email that the plan is satisfactory.
If there is a manufacturing error, then these terms will change. The glass must be checked at the point of delivery for any defects and ideally measured there and then to confirm the correct sizes before signing for your glass.
Once the glass is signed for, there will be no replacement of the glass for later small scratches that may appear, as we will assume that this was done once signed for.
In an extreme case if there is a major manufacturing error and is only picked up later we will endeavour to get a new piece out to you, however this may take the same time as your first delivery to replace, and we do not guarantee this. This is why we ask that you check with a tape measure the panels on receipt, as if there is an issue it can be immediately sent back in the vehicle to go direct back to the factory and a new one can be issued.
