Toughened glass products are custom-made to your exact requirements and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. If the glass arrives scratched or damaged, do not sign the delivery note. Notify the delivery driver immediately and contact our customer service team at sales@glass-architect.co.uk or call 02039897084 within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, provided the damage is reported before signing. Once you sign the delivery note, you accept the product as delivered, and no returns or replacements will be accepted for scratches or damage. For all hardware items (e.g., fittings, handles, or accessories), we offer a full refund policy, minus the cost of delivery, provided the items are returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
